My 8-year-old MAYTAG Dryer had a high pitch screeching sound when it was running. I thought I had called an applicance repair shop I had used before but somehow I was connected to Working Class Appliance. I'm glad I was. Erik, the repairman, called prior to arriving, as I had requested and did an OUTSTANDING JOB. He not only repaired the dryer, but fixed a water shut-off valve issue I had with my MAYTAG Washer as well. He was ALL BUSINESS and worked FAST! With an OEM kit, he replaced tub rollers, idler pulley, another roller and a new belt for the tub on the dryer. He also replaced the water shut-off valve on the washer with OEM parts (it was leaking water into the washer tub).
I give Erik a 10/10 and WILL utilize Working Class Appliance in the future when I have applicance problems.

We had an issue with our gas range that caused the oven to not ignite. The stovetop worked as it should, but not having an operational oven was an inconvenience that I never realized, not really paying attention to how much we actually used the oven. I submitted my request for repair on the website after hours, the next morning I had received a call and had an appointment scheduled. Erik was my technician, he showed up as scheduled, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He had it back up and running like new in a very reasonable time, as he had the part needed in his vehicle. I will highly recommend this company for anyone that is in need of appliance repair. Highly recommend Working Class Appliance for your appliance needs. Quick appointment times, very reasonable rates and an extremely knowledgeable repairman. Broken belt on our dryer took him 20 minutes from start to finish.

Had erik out on my refrigerator he was polite, professional and immediately knew what the issue was. He was able to make the repair same day. Highly recommend any one looking to call them.
I was not impressed at all. Technician showed up. Took drawers out of the freezer. Tells me no water was getting to the one of three ice makers. Without pulling it out to look at any lines for clogs or checking to see if the line may be frozen from a leak. I was told it was the water supply valve. That the water supply valve was $238. That it was on back order and it could be 3 days 3 months or 3 years if they could get it at all. Also they needed 50% of the estimate right now to even try to order the part. He said back order parts was a common issue with Samsung appliances. I just do not understand why he did not check any lines for other issues at all. I had to pay $107.00 for him to show up and diagnose the issue. I am disappointed that he did not try other options to see if that could be the problem especially not knowing when if he could ever even get the part. This refrigerator is not even 3 years old.

My ice maker is working great now.

Austin is one of their technicians, and he did an outstanding job of communicating clearly, following up with me, and being as transparent as possible during their service. While 2-10 home warranty was stringing us along, working class appliance and their team was a beacon of hope through the madness of dealing with a broken fridge!
Filled out online form and was called within 48 hours. Was able to schedule appointment. Erick show up on time. He took a look at my dryer and diagnose the problem . He explained the options and explained to me that the parts were back order. Two weeks later, got a called to tell me the parts had arrived and was scheduled an appointment. Again, Erick came by and installed the parts. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
This Company has been extremely professional throughout the entire process of getting my gas stove repaired. Through the initial evaluation of the problem to the completion of the repair, the individuals I have communicated with have been very pleasant, knowledgeable and concise as to how this would all play out. They were spot on. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have the need for services on any other appliances
My dryer stopped mid cycle and would not restart. I called Working Class Appliance and was given an appointment and expected time for the service technicians arrival. The technician arrived at the appointed time. The dryer was disassembled, electrically checked, problem identified and a failed temperature control safety switch was replaced. The dryer was reassembled and tested. Total work time was about 30 minutes. The technician was very polite and courteous the entire time. The price for parts and labor was very reasonable. This was a great appliance repair experience. Thanks.

They probably do great work…who knows- i’m just leaving a middle of the road review to say my husband was treated rudely on the phone- cut off mid sentence to tell him very brusquely that they don’t work with home warranty company plans. Ok fine…it might be a few more hoops to jump through but they’d still get paid. Maybe have that policy clearly visible on the website then. Just a courtesy warning to others- don’t waste your time asking this business for help with your appliance emergency if you have a home warranty.
I HAD YO GIVE ONE STAR TO EVEN WRITE THIS REVIEW. I WISH I COUKD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I AM tried to schedule online it gave me options for tomorrow and Thursday. Then they called me saying they didn’t have an appointment until Tuesday. I explained I had sears home repair service and I would pay them then take the invoice to get it reimbursed and the woman was RUDE saying they dont work with any warranty company and I tried to explain only if it costed more then the allotted amount $350 would that be necessary and she said have a good day and hung up!!!
I contacted the company through their website several days ago in attempt to have my refrigerator looked at. I'm thinking these 5 star reviews are fakes, since the company didn't even have the courtesy to email me back nor call and leave a message.
